ACCOUNT MANAGER

Reporting to the Business Development Director and working as part of our sales and marketing team we require an Account Manager to look after a number of high profile projects.

Responsibilities will include
  • Co-ordinating business systems including the introduction of products and the transfer of technology.
  • Developing account relationships.
  • Establishing detailed project plans, demand forecasts, capacity requirements and integrating these into the production schedule/plan.
  • Monitoring internal and external deviations affecting the plan, and quantifying the effects and cost to the business.
Skills required for the role include a high level of numeracy and IT along with good communication skills. Education to degree level. Experience within the pharmaceutical packaging industry would be advantageous

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

We are looking to recruit a motivated person in a flexible administration role.

You will be required to carry out a variety of tasks to support accounts, IT and personnel functions. This will include basic paper processing, correspondence, filing, back up to switchboard and maintaining the IT support log.

You must possess excellent communication skills with good attention to detail to ensure the right information is passed to the right people at the right time. Computer literacy is essential and should include experience of Word and possibly Excel.

Previous experience especially in accounting or payroll would be an advantage.

Part-time/flexi-time will be considered.

QUALITY ASSISTANT

We are looking to recruit a motivated person with a good eye for detail to join our Quality team.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager and Assistant Manager you will be required to assist in supervising the quality team, ensuring that all activities comply with relevant legislation and Batch Packaging Records.

Ideally you will have a science-based degree, previous experience is not necessary as full training will be given.

MAINTENANCE FITTER/SETTER Interviews Underway

Reporting to the Engineering Manager this position requires a highly motivated person to undertake duties as part of our maintenance Team.

Duties include setting of production machines, attending production equipment breakdowns, routine maintenance of production equipment, heating and air handling plant, stripping down, cleaning and reassembling of production machines.

Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or clean room environment is preferable but not essential.

Engineering qualifications are essential and further training including NVQ opportunities are available.

Hours will vary according to our shift pattern.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Reporting to the Quality Control Team Leader and Quality Assurance Assistant we need a highly motivated person to become part of our quality team.

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspection of incoming and in process products, checking packing lines after cleaning and after setting.

The Quality Assurance Team Leader, Quality Assurance Assistant or Quality Assurance Manager must be informed of any abnormality observed with a product, component or finished product.

Other duties include assistance with stock checks as required general office duties relating to QA/QC records and checking reconciliationís at end of a packaging run ready for release.

PRODUCTION OPERATIVES Permanent and Temporary Positions Available

Working in clean, purpose-built facilities we require people to pack pharmaceuticals.

You must be able to work as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.

The ability to adapt and learn in a fast moving, challenging environment is essential. A good eye for detail is also required as this position involves a large amount of close-up inspection work.

Strict adherence to Health and Safety procedures is essential. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice would be useful along with experience within a pharmaceutical packaging environment.

Full training will be given including opportunities to gain NVQ levels 1 & 2 in Pharmaceutical Packaging.

£4.70 per hour with overtime regularly available and pay increases for NVQ achievements.

Hours
Shifts of 6am-2pm Monday to Friday, or 8am-4.15pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-3pm Friday.

TEAM LEADERS

We are looking to recruit highly motivated people to lead teams of production operators.

Experience within the pharmaceuticals, inspection or packaging industry is essential. Responsibilities include booking in and reconciling goods, training production operators, authorising goods for packing, in-process checks, liasing with Unit Leaders and Q.C. Inspectors.

Relevant qualifications within Pharmaceutical Packaging would be an advantage along with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice.

Hours
Shifts of 6am-2pm Monday to Friday, or 2pm-12 midnight Monday to Thursday, or 8am-4.15pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-3pm Friday
