New Appointment enhances Brecon's Analytical Services

Leading pharmaceutical outsource services provider Brecon Pharmaceuticals Ltd has appointed Jane Sanderson to the new role of Business Development Manager for its Analytical Services unit.

Jane Sanderson has been appointed by Brecon Pharmaceuticals Ltd as Business Development Manager, Analytical Services

Jane joins Brecon from Cardinal Health, formerly Herd Mundy Richardson, where she worked for 19 years in a number of key roles, including five years as Laboratory Operations Manager.

Using her extensive technical knowledge, Jane will help develop new business for Brecon’s Analytical Services unit, which was launched in early 2004 with the opening of a new purpose-built analytical laboratory. The facility provides a wide range of services to global customers, ranging from simple ID testing, analytical method transfers, product release, and ICH stability testing through to the development and validation of methods.

Commenting on her appointment Jane Sanderson said, "I am delighted to be joining Brecon, which has gained such a strong reputation within the pharmaceutical sector in recent years. I look forward to developing Brecon's analytical services in support of its commercial and clinical trials customers and also to growing the company's stand-alone laboratory business."

Director Dr Sue Miles who heads up Brecon's Clinical Trials Services said, "We are delighted Jane has joined Brecon's team. Analytical Services is a key growth area for us and Jane's extensive industry experience will greatly assist us in the continued development of our business."
