Brecon Pharmaceuticals has the capability to provide a complete blister packaging service, including cold and thermo form blisters and complex fill blisters for multi-phase medication. We also offer a tooling design service and the unique Pick and Peel™ child resistant blistercard.

Recently, the company significantly increased its capacity with the installation of a new £0.3m blister packaging line. This consists of a Noack 623 blister packer, Cam cartonner, checkweigher and automatic shrinkwrapper. This line is core to our strategy of providing cost-effective options for the whole range of our clients' run size requirements.

This new line enables us to efficiently process larger runs whilst maintaining flexibility, along with quick and cost-effective tooling provision. Brecon already has four DPN 760 machines and has invested considerable sums in tooling over the years and this tooling can be used on the new machine. The 623 machine has up to twice the speed of our other Noack's and additionally offers an increased web width providing even greater output and format potential.
