Quality standards
High quality standards are essential to Brecon Pharmaceuticals' business and the company prides itself on the quality of both its systems and facilities. Brecon holds an MCA Licence, number ML11724/01, which includes the ability to handle specials. It also has a Drug Masterfile registered with the FDA and is ISO9002 and ISO4001 accredited.

With three Qualified Persons - one of whom is in direct control of the Quality Assurance and Technical Department - strict procedures, compliant with GMP, are applied from receipt of goods in to dispatch of the final product.

All facilities are modern and purpose built and packaging is carried out in cubicles designed to eliminate cross-contamination. Air handling facilities are classified according to BS5295.

Training is a priority and the company is an approved training centre for the National Vocational Qualification in Pharmaceutical Packaging Operations. All staff are trained to this standard.

Customer Service
Brecon Pharmaceuticals believes good communication and support are vital to the smooth set up and management of projects. As such, the company is proactive and flexible in its approach, providing appropriate levels of support to clients, whatever their requirements. For example, it is equally happy for clients to supply all materials for their projects, or to source packaging components on their behalf.

Brecon's aim is to exceed customer expectations in terms of quality and service, while maintaining a highly competitive price structure and project time scale.
