In 2010 a report by the respected Cranfield School of Management found that Investors in People enhances management capabilities and facilitates the creation of a high-performing environment.  We also hold the Cogent Gold Standard for continuing professional development, which sets out the skills required for world-class performance in key roles in the process industries.

Our commitment to excellence extends to every corner of the organisation. In 1999 we were the first UK company to be approved as an assessment centre for assured competence.  We can therefore train operators to NVQ Level 2 in Packaging Operations to provide customers with a clear demonstration of their competence.
